The Organizing Committee warmly invites academics, researchers, healthcare professionals, students, laboratory scientists, and the wider community to submit and present their research and scholarly work at IIC–ICOHELICS 2026.

Guidelines & Templates
General Eligibility
- Submissions are open to researchers, academics, students, and professionals in relevant fields.
- Abstracts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
Abstract Structure and Content
- Each abstract must be written in English and should not exceed 300 words (excluding title and author details).
- Abstract should include the following elements:
- Title: Clear and concise (max 20 words); use sentence case (capitalize only the first word and proper nouns).
- Author(s): Full name(s) of all authors, affiliation(s), and email address of the presenting author.
Main Body
- Background/Objectives: Brief context and aims.
- Methods: Summary of methodology used.
- Results: Key findings.
- Conclusion: Main takeaway or implications.
Formatting Instructions
- Language: English
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Line spacing: 1.0
- Margin: 1 inch (2.5 cm) on all sides
Review and Acceptance
- All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
- Acceptance will be based on relevance, clarity, and scientific merit.
- Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited for oral or poster presentation.
- Please note that abstracts selected for oral or poster presentation at the conference do not guarantee the full paper to be reviewed or accepted for publication by our journal partners.
- The decision for journal publication lies solely with the journal's editorial board and is independent of the conference committee.
- However, authors may choose to have their work included in the official conference proceeding.
